Since it is called "Minor Conjuration", you could only make minor poisons (the damage equal to the poison spray cantrip). However, as a DM, I would impose a few restrictions on it being used like that: I don't see how poison would be an overpowered. If I could conjure working alcohol, wouldn't I be able to conjure up poisons as well? That could potentially be a rather over powered ability for a level 3 character, so we weren't sure. Personally I would say that you can control the features of the object and so be able to make things like "A sleeping draft that taste, smells, and looks like beer." It worked, the bandits (too druk to notice the rum had a magical glow) drank it and got drunk in no time and fell asleep.
